Seneca™ Project Prototype

The SENECA solution has been patented by Knowhedge and developed in collaboration with external consultants and partner companies.
The solution was installed and configured on local EDGE workstations interfaced with welding machines at the pilot site hosted by the Istituto Italiano di Saldatura (Italian Institute of Welding).
The system was configured for direct and secure-by-design connection to MYWAI servers, and data related to welding sessions were securely collected and correctly analyzed.

The protected SENECA system infrastructure, with its EDGE component interfacing with welding machines on one side and the platform cloud on the other, is illustrated in the diagram below.
